機(jī)械結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)主要考量負(fù)荷,速度,精度與穩(wěn)定性。為了達(dá)到以上強(qiáng)度條件,結(jié)構(gòu)件的設(shè)計(jì)探用較為穩(wěn)固的三角形作為設(shè)計(jì)基礎(chǔ),肋骨的三角設(shè)計(jì)則可符合力流增加抗彎曲剛性與抗扭剛性。
MACHINE MAIN STRUCTURE
They are cast of high grade FC-30 iron, meltedby advanced induction furnace, then cast inresin cores. In order to ensure stability andrigidity, they are heat-treated with normalizingprocedure prior to machining.
This mechanical structure major consider load,speed, accuracy and stability. In order toachieve above conditions, the structure wasdesigned with a more stable triangle rib ofprinciple, it can be increased rigidity againstbending and torsional rigidity.
