High precision and high rigidity grinding wheel spindle design
The main shaft bushing set main shaft is equipped with 6 P4 high-precision bevel ball bearings. Four bearings are arranged at the grinding wheel end, two bearings are arranged at the pulley end to enhance the steering pressure of the main shaft, and the rigorous inspection process and the entire main shaft are elaborated. The axle set is then corrected for dynamic balance to reduce vibration.

The grinding wheel spindle is probed with 20kg/cm2 high pressure oil for radial bearing support.
It avoids the contact friction between metal and metal, and does not need to replace the fog. The main shaft has high rigidity, high precision, long life, low vibration, low temperature rise and many other advantages.

Because the oil film is supported between the bearing and the main shaft, there is almost no metal-to-metal contact, so the spindle will not wear and the life will be extended.
The contact area between the bearing and the main shaft is increased by the presence of the oil film, so that the optimum workpiece accuracy and roundness can be obtained.
The oil film absorbs the vibration of the grinding process to ensure the best surface accuracy of the workpiece.
The grinding wheel spindle is probed with 3 kg/cm2 low pressure oil for radial bearing support.
