Installation of Cylindrical Shock Absorber
1. During installation, metal heavy objects should not be used to knock on the cylinder surface of the shock absorber and to pull the dust shield welded outside the shock absorber.
2. Using tapered rubber cushion as shock absorber, the tapered rubber cushion section assembled with inner holes at both ends of the suspension ring is pressed by the cushion plate.
3. During installation, the surface of rubber parts (such as cushion sleeve assemblies) equipped with shock absorbers should not be damaged.
4. After the shock absorber is installed, the threads of the connecting parts should be tightened according to the specified moment requirements of the whole vehicle to ensure that the connecting parts are tightened reliably and without loosening, and anti-rust paint should be applied on the tightening parts.
Front and rear core installation
1. Front and rear shock absorbers (cores) refer to the products with external structural parts such as coil spring, spring seat, pressure shield, bearing and so on when loading.
2. Before replacing and installing the shock absorber, the quality of the accessory external structural parts should be checked as follows: the bearing moves flexibly, the inner surface of the pressure shield does not crack and break, the spiral spring does not have fatigue and attenuation, and the shock absorber rubber should not have permanent deformation, aging and breakage.
3. No hard objects should be used to knock, clamp or rub the surface of connecting rod in order to avoid oil leakage.
4. The requirements for the locking moment of assembly threads are as follows:
M10 screw pair: tightening moment 28 + 3Nm;
M12 thread pair: tightening moment 49 +5Nm;
M14 threaded pair: tightening moment 80 + 8Nm;
5. After assembly, a comprehensive inspection should be carried out.
